The jugs as shown are fully individually labeled for easy re-sale on store shelves. This military grade smokeless powder is a flake style powder manufactured by Kazan Powder Plant for the Russian military. It was pulled down in 2020 for the FS Russia Nitrocel Ops #1 (FSAAP) by nationally certified energetics engineers and then re-tested and certified by two third-party labs per lot. It has been certified for re-use, pressure, burn rate, accuracy, and unique lot numbers by both entities under ISO:9001 standards before packaging for re-sale. Powder is retail packaged and re-inspected in the USA at FSAAP Nitrocel Ops #2 in Fort Smith, AR under BATFE issued EPL (Explosive permit licenses) in a state-of-the-art facility.
This is excellent powder for use with: .223 Rem., 5.56×45 NATO, .308 Win, and many other rifle calibers.
